SOAS Stop the War was a group of staff and students at The School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London) opposed to a planned attack on Iraq. The group
actively campaigned against Bush and Blair's "war on terror" and for a free Palestine.The group was also involved in a solidarity campaign against Alvaro Uribe Valez's government in Colombia, pressuring Tony Blair not to support him in light of the social conditions that prevailed under his rule.
