This was the site of Voices in the Wilderness UK, a campaign to break the sanctions against Iraq. It included a "library, information and how to get involved." It was subsequently replaced by voicesuk.org. The group was apparently involved in breaking sanctions by taking medical supplies to Iraq without export licences.
