This site began before the Iraq war as a source of information cautioning the public about the march towards war. It also plugged William Rivers Pitt's book, War On Iraq. Some time around 2005 the domain name was cannibalized by domain speculators who used it cynically to drive visitors to other sites by preserving the illusion that the original war-related content was still present.
