Around 2000 this russian site organized the petition, "Eto ne moya voyna" ("It's not my war"), referring to the war in Tchetchnia. The project was apparently a collaboration by Igor Voroshilov, Sergej Kuznecov, Natasha Struchkova, and Maksim Kononenko.
