Description	This address introduced visitors to an organization called ARROW (Active Resistance to the Roots Of War), a nonviolent direct action affinity group set up in September 1990 to oppose the Gulf War (formerly called Gulf War Resisters). According to the authors of the site <blockquote> Justice not Vengeance is a group of individuals who have come together to show their opposition to military retaliation in response to the events of 11 September 2001.
