Description	This peace site listed numerous active projects in Japan. It began in response to the war in Afghanistan following the attacks on the World Trade Center. Their statements included the following in the english language section: <blockquote> The U.S. government advocates retaliatory strike and war throughout the nation. But what will be solved by such action? It is more than obvious that retaliation will give rise to another resentment, which will cause dreadful acts of terror again. </blockquote>
